  Meet the team

Hi I am Jayne and I have been at Ventnor Store for 3 years after a stint of being a relief manager and going round all of the stores.  I love being part of the Ventnor Community which is like a very friendly village with a real community feel.  The reason I started working for the Hospice was that I wanted to give something back after they touched me personally and I continue to be amazed at the wonderful work they do.  Fun fact - I have a handbag fetish and I could be the Imelda Marcos of handbags on the Isle of Wight.

Hi I am Helen.  Myself and a group of friends started fundraising for the Hospice 15 years ago.  Then I decided to come and work in the Ventnor shop just to help out and 13 years later I am still here.  Fun fact - for 2 weeks of the year I become a 'Beach Bum' with my grandkids as we take up residence down at the beach in our hut.  I also love cruising.

"What should have been a very stressful time was eased by the love, professionalism and warmth we received from all the staff."
