Relief Shop Manager
(Bank Contract)

As Relief Shop Manager you will be required to work from any one of our shop locations on the Island and therefore you must be able to travel between retail locations as required.  This role is a bank position to provide ad-hoc cover for staff holidays and absences
 
The successful candidate will ideally have previous management experience within the retail sector, possess strong customer service skills.  Have strong organisational and good communication skills.  Working knowledge of excel, word, etc.  You will be required to work flexibly which may include Saturdays

Earl Mountbatten Hospice is looking for an HR professional with at least 5 year’s experience to work with our clinical and medical services to deliver an outstanding business focussed and values driven HR service. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all operational HR processes and the provision of robust and timely HR advice for your client group and across the Hospice.
 
You will hold at least graduate membership of CIPD, have experience of working in the health sector including Agenda for Change and have up to date knowledge of employment law and organisational development.

Earl Mountbatten Hospice Personal Care Team

Would you like to help care for frail people in their own homes during the last year of life? 

If so, we are looking for kind, compassionate and experienced people to join our dynamic and developing team of domiciliary carers who look after people who are dying in their own homes. We offer an induction and bespoke training which is underpinned by our mission, vision and our values. Initially, you will work as part of our committed bank of carers and will have the opportunity to work flexibly across all of the care services across the Hospice. This may be during the day or overnight. Our intention is to grow this service as quickly as possible. Excellent hourly rates and travel expenses apply.

Some experience of working in the Community would be an advantage. Car driver with access to a vehicle essential.
