Two new staff for Hospice@Home Team

Two new staff members have joined the Hospice@Home team which enables the Hospice to care for more patients who wish to spend their last days in their own homes.
The Hospice@Home team coordinates with the patient's GP, district nurse, Macmillan Support and Marie Curie nurses. They then provide support to the family and the necessary equipment so taht the patient can be looked after at home.
