How to join
Just download and complete the Application form with your preferred method of payment (or you can ring 01983 528989 and ask for an application form).
IW Council employees can pay their lottery entry directly from their wages, by completing their own application form and sending it to us.
It costs just £1 a week to play!
Choose one of 3 ways to pay:
- By Direct Debit —this helps reduce our admin costs
- By cheque for 10, 26 or 52 weeks.
- By credit card for 26 or 52 weeks.
You an also join at the Fundraising Office at the Hospice or any of the Hospice shops.
