Taking the props from the 70's TV Show 'Its a Knockout' is a fun day of Its a Knockout style games and challenges.

Teams of 10 - aged 16 or over, reasonably healthy.
Collect sponsorship to help support patient care at the Hospice.
Prizes for Best Team and Teams with most sponsorship.
Bring the family for a fun day out!
